Oakstone Partners

Wealth advice with the numbers in plain sight: your portfolio, your plan and your adviser, all in one place.

  • Private clients
  • Business clients
  • Adviser-led

What you get as a client

One view of everything you hold

Accounts, holdings and cash consolidated into a single portfolio view, so you are not adding up statements from three places to know where you stand.

Performance reports in plain language

Each reporting period you get returns, contributions and costs set out side by side, with a written note on what moved and why.

Market updates written by your adviser

Short notes on what changed in markets and what it means for a portfolio like yours — not a syndicated newsletter forwarded on.

Documents where you can find them

Statements, tax packs, valuations and signed agreements held in one secure archive, searchable years later without emailing anyone.

A direct line to the person who knows your file

Messages go to your named adviser, in a thread that keeps the history of what was asked and what was decided.

Goal-based planning, kept current

Retirement, a property, school fees, an exit — each goal tracked against what it needs and what is funding it, updated as your circumstances change.

How we work with clients

Four engagements people ask for by name. Which one fits is the first thing we work out together.

What clients say

★★★★★
The quarterly report is the first one I have read all the way through. It says what moved, what it cost and what my adviser did about it.
Daniel
★★★★★
Everything from the last four years is in the document archive. When my accountant asked for a valuation I found it in about a minute.
Priya
★★★★☆
I message the same adviser who sat in the planning meeting, and the thread remembers what we agreed. That alone was worth moving for.
Marcus
★★★★★
We came in for a review of what we already held. It was blunt about the overlap and the fees, and nobody pushed us into anything that day.

Questions people ask first

Do I have to move my investments to talk to you?

No. Many first conversations are about a portfolio held somewhere else. If a review is the useful next step, we tell you what we would look at before you decide anything.

Is there a minimum to become a client?

Rather than publish a threshold, we use the first conversation to work out whether what you hold and what you want from it suit an ongoing advisory relationship — and we say so plainly if it does not.

How are you paid?

Fees are agreed in writing before any work starts and set out in your engagement letter. We walk through the structure, and what it applies to, in the first meeting.

Who holds my money?

Assets are held with a regulated custodian in your name, not by us. The app reads from those accounts so you can see the positions; instructions still go through your adviser.

What is the app, exactly?

It is the client side of the relationship: portfolio and performance, your statements and signed documents, your goals, and the message thread with your adviser. It is issued to clients, not sold separately.

Can my accountant or finance team have access?

Yes. Business clients can nominate colleagues or advisers for read access to reporting and documents, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Talk to an adviser

Tell us what you are weighing up. A first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

  • An adviser reads your enquiry — it does not go to a call centre.
  • We reply by email to arrange a first conversation, by phone or in person.
  • Bring no paperwork to that first talk; we only ask for documents if you decide to go further.
